These Terms govern your use of the ORVIA service provided by Special Social Store.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions, procedures, and the rights and responsibilities of both Special Social Store (the "Company") and users with respect to the AI-based personalized healing app ORVIA (the "Service").

Article 2 — Definitions

• "Service" means the ORVIA app and all related services provided by the Company.
• "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Content" means all text, video, music, and other material generated or provided by AI within the Service.

Article 3 — Effect and Changes to Terms

• These Terms take effect when published within the Service or via in-app link.
• The Company may update these Terms and will notify users in advance via in-app notice or email.

Article 4 — Use of Service

• The Service is available to users aged 14 and over.
• Users must provide accurate information at sign-up.
• Users are responsible for managing their account and password.

Article 5 — Service Provision and Changes

• The Company provides AI-powered personalized healing content based on the user's personality type.
• Service content may change at the Company's discretion, with advance notice provided.
• The Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance or technical issues.

Article 6 — User Obligations

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Misappropriating another person's information or providing false information
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of content provided through the Service
• Any other activity that violates applicable laws

Article 7 — Intellectual Property

• The copyright in AI-generated content within the Service belongs to the Company.
• Users may use content within the Service for personal purposes only.

Article 8 — Disclaimer

• AI-generated content provided by ORVIA is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional psychological counseling or medical services.
• If you are experiencing ongoing emotional difficulties, please seek help from a qualified professional.
• The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, system failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Article 9 — Account Deletion and Withdrawal

• Users may delete their account at any time via the in-app settings.
• Upon account deletion, all user data is permanently and immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 10 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
